The condo was clean but could use some updating beach was great as was the pool

We had a great stay. Access to beach and pool was very easy and convenient. We had everything we needed for our stay with 2 adults and 3 young kids. We love the area!Just a comment - we usually had to wait in line behind one person for a grill in the evenings. Also, check-in instructions indicated that we were NOT allowed to set the thermostat below 73 degrees. That was a little inconvenient during our stay, as we are used to the house a few degrees cooler

It was a fabulous to be right on the beach. The place was clean and well stocked. The bird sanctuary was interesting but some times you could not sit on the deck. But when you went to the pool deck it was perfect. We had a great time! Thank youKim

All pots and pans need to be replaced, they are so scratched. Sheet on king bed is used and abused, needs to be replaced! Faucet in kitchen was leaking.Communication was easy, check in was easy. This unit needs an update and remodel. Price is fair. Our view was bird sanctuary, it really stinks.
