We absolutely loved our stay, the location, the view, and especially the pool. So many great memories were made in the house had everything we needed for a perfect family vacation.

We had an absolutely amazing time in Avon at the Regatta. We most definitely enjoyed having our own pool and spent long summer days at the nearby beach. We 100% would rebook this house and go back. Many amazing memories made and a great home for my family and I to stay at!

This house was excellent!! The view was spectacular and an easy walk to the beach. Very happy with our stay.

Contrary to some of these reviews... the home was spacious for 8 people. Bedrooms were a nice size. Living area was open and view was fantastic. Elevator was a great plus. BUT 2 of our party were injured by a 12" splintering piece of wood and every one of us got splinters in our hands or feet on the decking which was badly weathered - losing nails and screws. It took Vacasa 3 days to get the heat worked out on the pool (which was nearly half our week) with contradictory information. Vacasa did reimburse for 4 days of pool heat, but that was a large part of our vacation and why I chose this home. I can't stress enough how dangerous this deck is - if it is not updated, I would not recommend this place - it would have been 5 stars if not for that and the hiccup with the pool heat.
