The condo was in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The parking at this building is my only complaint. Very good chance you get blocked in if you are the first to arrive.

We found pretty much all the necessities needed in the kitchen. It was nice to have the care package with some necessities for kitchen and bath. The only thing I was expecting were some kitchen towels, but we ended up using bath towels to dry dishes. We did use the washer and dryer and dishwasher. There were some concerns that I shared with the owner already and the owner was extremely gracious for the feedback. Overall, this was a very nice condo and I would probably rent there again.

This was a beautiful location can sit on porch and see the ocean the pool was nice also. Very roomy and comfortable however the bathrooms are very outdated and i noticed when i moved living room furniture there was a lot of thick dust and under tables also. The parking is precarious but overall the access to beach and the views make it a 5 star stay.

Great location, 1st floor unit (12 in the unit) overlooking the pool, however, beach view is (understandably) blocked by sand dunes. Parking can be difficult - only allowed one vehicle per unit underneath the building, and you may get blocked in requiring you to call other renters to move cars. No street parking available. The unit itself was somewhat clean. Floors had not been mopped and the deck furniture had not been cleaned. Some maintenance work is needed - no bathroom mirror (or bath mat) supplied in one of the bathrooms, broken washing machine valve only allowed for hot water (not cold) water to be used, and some nails coming out of the deck boards. Minimally supplied kitchen. The unit was spacious. Beds and sitting areas were comfortable.
