New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.
If you are looking for a true beach resort, stop your search here. This colorful two-bedroom oceanfront condo in the much coveted resort of Villa Capriani on North Topsail beach offers a spacious living area, a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, and from the balcony you can admire a truly magnificent view of the Atlantic ocean.
A step through the glass french doors to the balcony off the living area will offer you a spectacular view of three enormous swimming pools, one with a waterfall, hot tubs, and a kiddie pool, all nestled within massive, swaying palm trees in true resort fashion. Slightly beyond the grand sundecks, you will see the ocean.
If serenity is what you seek, sit on the furniture on your private balcony to watch the sun rise. You may also walk out to the beach with your morning coffee to see the day begin if you wish. With a close look, you will see dolphins peacefully swimming by, or an early morning pelican swooping down to the water to catch its breakfast flounder.
Prepare a meal at the shared grill picnic area or in your well-equipped kitchen. After your meal, walk to the pool area and enjoy a dip in the crystal clear water, warm yourself in one of the hot tubs, or relax with your favorite novel on one of the many lounge chairs that surround the pools. First time here, we loved everything. The resort is beautiful, views are amazing, location is perfect. Wifi and Cell service were not great but that was only a problem when we needed to take care of a few work items from back home. Read the reviews of this condo and packed some kitchen items accordingly. We loved it!

This place was great! It was clean and worked great for our family of 4. The only downside was that the burners on the stove don't heat properly and the kitchen is limited in a few items (i.e. no pizza cutter or can opener.) Other than that I would definitely recommend this place!

Everything we needed was on-site. Best vacation we have had so far!

Internet did not work in our unit and was advertised with Wi-Fi. Dishwasher didn't work, corners in rooms were dirty. Overall, it was just ok, furniture was old, toilet seat wouldn't stay up and was cracked. Looking back, I am thinking price was a little high for this unit. I called and they said a technician would come to fix internet, no one showed up. Unit had plenty of dishes/pots/glassware. Refrigerator froze food, I turned it down and still froze food. There were clean sheets and fresh towels. Worse part besides internet, were the two carpets. One under the table in kitchen, one in large bedroom. They were curled up on ends and a huge tripping hazard.
