Clean. Very well equipped and nicely decorated. New upscale appliances. The Queen size mattress was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern, bright, and wonderful. Fantastic downtown location just minutes walk to shops, pubs, dining, beach board walk. We could see the water from our 5th floor window. My wife said “perfect location” Classy condo building. Responsive host. There is new building construction next door. 7 am to 5 pm. I mention that as a fact …but the sound from the site was NOT an issue for this retired couple.

Very clean, great view of the harbour, easy walking access to shops, restaurants and the harbour. Host was great to communicate with!

This property was beautiful. Location was so convenient and local to all shopping, the boardwalk, restaurants, coffee shops, museums and so much more.'We will definitely be returning to this location.Thanks for a WONDERFUL stay !

Nice place and close to all amenities. Minor challenges using the VRBO messaging to communicate in a timely way with the owner. Overall good place and would stay again.
