Location and beach area was beautiful. Topsail is definitely one of our favorite islands. The house was nice but did need some updating. There were also a lot of stairs to get to and from the beach so just something to consider when booking. Hot tub was nice and was enjoyed. The outside shower and place to rinse you feet were not working. Messaged multiple times but was not resolved while we were there. Overall very nice place with great views, rooms and access to things.

This house was very comfortable for us. We had 3 couples and 5 young adults/kids. There was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked big meals every evening. The view and access to the watch/beach was perfect. We had a wonderful week.

The views of the Ocean were fabulous, but the house needs work. Fortunately the kitchen was stocked very well....

"Beautiful home with spectacular views. Location was close to the bridge and made it easy to run out for groceries. We look forward to visiting again next year"
