Had issue first night with HVAC and contacted Vacasa first thing the next morning and maintenance guy was there within 30min and had window units installed within the hour. Also had ants in several room and pest control was out within 24hrs. House was well equipped with all the necessities.

Good location A great amount of dishes and utensils and great pans and pots.

This property fit our family’s needs and was a ln amazing spot to see the fireworks. Close to the beach and Food Lion. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We never received a call/text saying the property was ready. There were not enough towels until a few days after our arrival. One of the second level bathrooms began leaking into the game room. The local management was there within in mins but did not fix the leak until the next day when the leak got worse and we needed to call again. That left the space unusable for the remainder of our vacation. We did enjoy our vacation but would probably not stay here again.
