For a bit more excitement, grab a partner and play a few sets of tennis nearby. And, when everyone returns to home base, the private gas grill awaits on the deck for a classic family cookout of burgers and hot dogs as the sun goes down! Any downtime spent indoors will be a blast with three flatscreen TVs all offering Roku streaming!
Upon entering this island dream, guests will be greeted by the formal dining area to the left, the open living area, and kitchen. Make your way down the right hallway and you will find two bedrooms and a full bath. The left bedroom offers a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom to the right has a queen bed and ample closet space. Make your way to the other side of the home and two more bedrooms. The right bedroom is a second main bedroom with a king bed and the left bedroom contains a queen bed and two twins for maximum accommodations!
Whether you have come to golf to your heart's content, walk along sugar-white sand, or tan the days away, there will be something for every guest to enjoy here on Seabrook Island! For a beach day, head over to Seabrook Beach just over a mile (only a short car ride or bike ride away) from your front door. A round of 18 awaits at Seabrook Island Club and restaurants abound north of home base offering fresh seafood and a beachy vibe for the whole family to enjoy.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note that there is no garage access.

This property has full Seabrook Island Club Access. Once you pre-register for your Digital Amenity Pass (no charge), you will have access to The Beach Club as well as other Seabrook Island Club amenities such as Golf, Racquet Sports, and Club Dining which require additional payment. When you book a stay with us, we will send you instructions for how to pre-register.
Note that The Beach Club is seasonal and generally operates between mid-March and the end of October.
Additionally, you will have access to The Lake House Fitness Center where use of the unheated outdoor pool is free. For $15/day at The Lake House, there is also an indoor fitness pool and gym. Fitness classes are available for an extra fee.
PARKING: There are only 4 vehicles allowed at this property. Your reservation will be processed by default for one vehicle; any additional vehicles will be an additional charge of 40.00 plus applicable processing fees per vehicle per stay.

House was accommodating for our group of 6 adults.. much enjoyed the sun room enclosed patio it was nice. Shower had good water pressure. Kitchen needs upgraded cooking pots- pans that was a negative other kitchen supplies were workable. Casago Charleston was great to work with. Would recommend if looking for a spacious rental.

The house worked well for our weekend stay. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and seating areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future.
