We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely come again!

Wonderful 2026 Clearwater Vacation CondoMy wife and I just recently completed our six-week stay from February to the middle of March. This condo is conveniently located in Clearwater Florida at the “Avalon At Clearwater” property. It was very conveniently located to many area restaurants, Publix Markets and shopping plazas. It is only a quick 13-16 minuet drive across the bridge, and causeway to Clearwater Beach. Also St. Petersburg, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, and Tampa, are all with in a short 20-40 minute drive. The condo is located on the 3rd floor and is very quiet, with views from the open covered verandah. It is only a short 2-4 minute walk to the large pool, and clubhouse. The condo was spotless, and well taken care of. All linens, and kitchenware have been provided as well. About the Hosts Mike and Gina. I challenge you to find two better people to deal with. Mike was wonderful to work with and put us as ease from the very beginning. From helping us work through an original host’s selling the property only a couple of months before we were to arrive, to extending our stay when severe storms prevented us from departing on our scheduled date. Mike is the most friendly, caring and responsive host that we have ever dealt with. Please consider Mike and Gina, and their lovely condo for your future vacation plans. You definitely won’t be sorry!

This was a great place to stay. We came for a conference in Clearwater. This place was close to everything and was very clean and had everything we needed and then some. The host was very quick with responses. Communication was great and the place was even better than shown in pictures!
