Location was fantastic and house was great too. Negatives were the pillows on the bed were super flat and uncomfortable and no pillow cases initially provided. Outside of that the only other suggestion would be to provide starter dish soap/sponge, dish towel, hand soap in restrooms and starter roll of toilet paper.

We had a family getaway in Deep Creek. They went snowboarding and tubing. Everyone had a great day on the slopes. If we had any questions the rental manager were very prompt to respond. The home was very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend the rental company as well as this home. Location was great for restaurants and shopping. We will definitely return!!!

Great house for setup a d location. House was just as advertised and in good condition and clean. Also, we had a lot of snow during the evening and we’re pleased to find that when we awoke the porch, walkway to the house and roads were all shoveled and plowed. The only complaint we had was that we found the majority of utensils, dishes, pots and pans were put away dirty in the kitchen We had to rewash anything we used. Don’t know how anyone could put things away that were so noticeably dirty. I would suggest they have the cleaning company rewash everything in that kitchen. It was disgusting to pull out a glass that was still wet and dirty.
