This modern studio is perfect for those looking to enjoy South Florida's beautiful beaches. Whether you plan to relax, enjoy the warm waters of our region, or visit the hot spots in Miami, Hollywood, and Fort Lauderdale, this is the ideal place to stay!! Located just a few steps from the beach and minutes from FLL Airport, Hard Rock Stadium, Gulfstream, Aventura Mall, supermarkets, and delicious restaurants. For your comfort, our bedding and mattresses are the same quality as those you’d find in a 5-star hotel.

IMPORTANT! PARKING - We do not have on-site parking; parking is pay-by-license-plate (there is a sign outside—please follow the instructions).
Another option: if you’re staying for a few days, the guest parking permit is your best choice. You can purchase one through the website or by visiting the Hollywood Parking Division office.
