Four wheel/all wheel drive and/or snow chains are required in winter months. No refunds will be given for weather or you are unable to access the mountain or the cabin.

Our stay at Banner Elk Lodge in Beech Mountain, North Carolina was absolutely fantastic. We spent a wonderful weekend there with friends, and it couldn’t have been a better getaway.The lodge itself was cozy and welcoming, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy each other’s company. One of the highlights of the trip was definitely the food—everything we had was delicious, and sharing meals together made the experience even more special.We also had an amazing time just hanging out and having fun. The hot tub and fire pit quickly became our favorite spots—they were perfect for unwinding, laughing, and making great memories, especially in the cool mountain air.Overall, it was a memorable weekend filled with great food, fun, and even better company. We’d absolutely recommend Banner Elk Lodge to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable mountain getaway.

Awesome house! Great communication with the host as well! Would definitely recommend! Just be advised, in the winter, 4wd and maybe even chains is not a bad idea to have.

Cabin was cozy, wood burning fireplace was great! Views were great! Great location! Bunk room wasn’t getting any heat and dryer didn’t work. Their grill was unusable (blackstone grill), the ice maker didn’t work. But the host was responsive and said would look into and fix the problems. The house had plenty of room, all the kitchen needs you could think of. Our family really enjoyed the trip!!
