Can’t beat the location! Our family of 10fit comfortably, and the kids loved the pool. We all enjoyed being right on the beach.

I've never had a realtor group as the host. I had to call with questions and missing dish towels, didn't have a direct text in the VRBO app which is more convenient. The place was a premium price and we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the carpets and floors. There were multiple stains on the carpets throughout and the carpet was worn and ripped. The beds were not in the best shape, with foam tops and ill fitting sheets. First floor master suite should of had a king size instead of a queen. Pillows were awful. Better description would be useful regarding the type of coffee maker, whether beach chairs and boards are on-site. The dishwasher was disgusting with mold build-up and it took forever to run a cycle. Dishes in cabinets were dirty. There were not enough forks and spoons for 12 people so had to continually hand wash them. Stove was difficult to use since all the temp levels on the knobs are worn off. Place should provide enough garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels for the week. Porch deck furniture was not as nice as other units. A deck table on each deck would have been helpful. Sliding glass doors were extremely hard to slide. Ended up cleaning the door jams that were filthy. I usually give high marks for VRBO places we've stayed but this one needs work. Pool was the best thing and well used by everyone.
