1.Property was not clean. Cobb webs throughout the home. We had to clean all the outside furniture in order to use it. Deck surface was very dirty.2. Loud noise in the mechanical room on the lower level the very first day of our 3 night stay. Contacted host multiple times to get the issue resolved. They gave 3 different answers each time contacted...from the noise is coming from the construction next door... to our maintenance team was out earlier and did not find any issue, can you send a video of the problem! The property was beautiful and in a great location. The customer service support from the local management company was unacceptable.

This gorgeous home with tremendous views easily fits two families. The home is well appointed, clean and quiet. The setting has easy access to a large number of winter activities -- alpine and nordic skiing, snowshoe trail, backcountry skiing (for those with avalanche preparedness), and even a small ice skating rink in town. There are two grocery store options in Big Sky so no need to overstock in Bozeman/Belgrade, and the kitchen is of ample size and well supplied for the cook. Highly recommend! Heads Up that you pay attention to the need for FOUR WHEEL DRIVE DURING WINTER MONTHS.
