and features a rooftop terrace.

Rooms and Amenities
The living room opens onto the rooftop terrace. There is a separate kitchen, and in addition to the bedroom with a double bed, there is another small bedroom with a single bed. In total, there is room for up to 3 people to enjoy a wonderful vacation.

Special Notes
The staircase leading to the apartment is somewhat steep, but that’s how it used to be in these old villas. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. The apartment is non-smoking.

Outdoor Area
You can park your bicycles in the shared garden. A parking space is located next to the house.

General Information
The municipal tourist tax (OSTSEE CARD) is charged separately island-wide. Bed linens and towels are not provided at the property but can be made available for a rental fee.


Location Description
Villa Westwind is situated in a quiet location in Landkirchen. Visit the local restaurants and buy fresh rolls at the bakery. For larger shopping trips, Burg, 3 km away, is the best option. The Baltic Sea at Lemkenhafen is about 3 km away. Water sports enthusiasts will find everything they could want here in one of the most beautiful stand-up paddleboarding areas.
