a quiet corner in the heart of Tuscany—we want you to feel right at home here, in a simple, well-kept place where you can relax after a day of exploring or working.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need to feel at home.
Outside, you’ll find the authentic atmosphere of a Tuscan village; we’re always happy to share some tips on where to eat, taste a good wine, or discover spots off the beaten path!
My home is a cozy one-bedroom apartment located entirely on the first floor at the back of a building, with a private entrance. It’s well-connected to all amenities, which are easily accessible on foot (supermarkets, restaurants, tobacco shops, pharmacies, stores, banks, post office...)
What makes it special is the 230 cm ceiling height, which creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
Just a 3-minute drive from the highway entrance, from which you can reach all of Tuscany’s top tourist destinations: Pisa 15 km, Florence 70 km, Volterra 45 km, Lucca 30 km, Livorno 25 km.
There’s also a small outdoor veranda at your disposal—perfect for relaxing at any time of day!
My home is fully electric and equipped with:
• induction cooktop
• small oven
• microwave
• coffee maker
• electric kettle
• refrigerator
• hair dryer
• electric heater
• washing machine
• fan
• wall-mounted safe
• flat-screen TV
• free Wi-Fi
The room is a double room with a queen-size bed.
A third bed is available upon request (an armchair that converts into a single bed).
For small children, a travel crib can be added.
My mother lived in this house for about 10 years, and despite the cold winters, it was always warm and comfortable; the small space is quick and easy to heat, and the thick walls maintain a comfortable temperature; my mom always loved it!
The bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away, while the train station is a 10-minute walk away.
Parking is free along the public street.
Access to the apartment is via a small path at the back of the building.
