Casa Beira Mar is a stunning 2 bedroom apartment with spectacular sea views located just a short stroll from Carvoeiro town centre and the beach.
The apartment is new to the rental market following a complete refurbishment in 2025. The apartment has been tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard.
The accommodation comprises of a bright and airy open plan kitchen / dining area / living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, smart TV, en-suite bathroom and a striking view of the Atlantic Ocean. The second bedroom also has double bed. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers. Patio doors from the living area open onto a South facing balcony with a magnificent, front line sea view. A spiral staircase leads up to a vast roof terrace equipped with built-in charcoal barbecue, outdoor sink and work top and panoramic Ocean vistas.

Carvoeiro beach is just a 10 minute walk away and Centeanes beach a little further but still just a 15 minute walk from the apartment.
Carvoeiro is a popular seaside town with many options for international restaurants and dining experiences. Enjoy a gentle stroll along The Boardwalk, taking in spectacular views of the coastline. Boat trips exploring the stunning caves and grottos, leave regularly from the beach. During the summer months (June – September), the square is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a food and drinks, whilst live music and dancing can be enjoyed every night, from the summer stage. For the more adventurous, boat trips, water sports, tennis, hiking, golf, scuba diving and cliff walking illustrates that Carvoeiro has something for everyone.
