It's also in the perfect location - walking distance to EVERYTHING DOWNTOWN, (shops, restaurants, coffee shops, gyms, etc.) but on a nice quiet street with ample street parking in front of the house, and only a short 5-minute drive to Roanoke’s iconic Grandin area.
