The house was beautiful and we really enjoyed the amenities Watercolor has to offer. The LSV was great to get around the large community and surrounding areas.

Overall, we had a great time at this rental property. We did however have a number of surprises we did not expect. About an hour after check in, we received a message saying the LSV was undergoing maintenance and would not be available upon check in. This was a blow to our plans for the first day and a half. The property managers did work to get us a rental LSV for the remaining days but the communication was not great during that process. We were offered a partial refund for day 1 but for the second half day without an LSV, we were not told we would get any sort of refund. We also had issues with appliances including the dryer and the dishwasher. We still managed to have a great time despite the issues.
