Used the vending machine and was charged an extra $.10 surcharge plus was doubled billed for each item. No bottled water was in the refrigerator. No microwave in the room.

This is an older property and needs some updates, but the staff was amazing and super helpful and the breakfast was very good!

This was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in while visiting Branson. I used a Lysol wipe on the lamp, side tables, switches, etc. and it was still white with nothing on it after wiping down the hard surfaces. The bed was comfortable too and the hotel was quiet. I will most definitely stay here again.
