Nous avons aimé la localisation, parfaite por se déplacer à pied, pour prendre des tuk tuk. Zone très calme et safe. Nous avons aimé la grandeur de la chambre, avec de l'espace pour deposer les valises et circuler librement. Petit plus : les magnifiques chaises longues sur le balcon. Les collaborateurs étaient très discrets et gentils. Gerant/proprietaire sympathique et efficace. Merci également d'avoir accepter de préparer le petit déjeuner à mon mari tôt, car il partait pour faire de la plongée. la vue de la piscine incroyable depuis notre balcon. L'hotel en lui même est très calme, très zen.

Honnetement, pour le prix (extremement cher pour le Sri Lanka) je m'attendais à un petit dejeuner plus copieux, avec plus de possibilités de combinaisons (je pense que nous étions mal habitués par notre logement precedent avec la quantité et la qualité des petit-dejeuner). J'aurais préféré avoir les informations concernnat le fonctionnement de l'hotel de vive voix et non par what's up. Je comprends que le digital est l'avenir, mais je m'attendais à un service plus personnaalisé d'un hotel boutique. J'apprecie beaoucoup les échanges en présentiel. En ce qui concerne la salle de bain : les toilettes n'étaient pas bien fixées, elles faisaient donc du bruit et bougeaient à chaque utilisation, et la zone autour de la poignée de la salle de bain aurait pu être mieux nettoyée. Nous avons inutilisé le tapis de la chambre, car il glaissait. Personnelement, je pense que l'hotel est très bon, mais over rated au niveau du prix.
