100% sprawdzonych opinii7 / 10Dobry·paź 2026
Location is pretty good and central.
There are quite a few people hanging around the large parking area beside the apartment who appear to be under the influence. They seemed harmless and we didn’t experience any problems, but it did make the area feel a little uncomfortable at times. Parking is super expensive so not advisable to have car but Grønland is some mins away to walk and better parking options

The bathroom of the facility was very good, the location is very good
There was a smell coming from the bathroom drain

Comfortable and spotlessly clean apartment, easy walk from the station and bus terminal. Good communication from owner. Quiet area.
Steel door entrance on the exterior looks a bit daunting, but once inside, the apartments are attractively laid out.
