Pyramids Pavilion Boutique Hotel

The rooftop with the pyramids view is breath taking. But most hotels in the area have this. However, this hotel is a walking distance away to the Sphinx gate of the Giza plateau. That's a big plus. The hotel facilities and rooms seem to have undergone a recent renovation. It all looked new and clean.

There was no breakfast buffet. Everyone got the same breakfast prepared on a plate. The omelette was okey but for all the same. The bread remembered me of a breakfast in a plane. No fresh fruits. No cereals or Muesli, yogurts etc. No, the breakfast at the hotel leaves room for improvement. Different to the other 3 hotels we stayed in Cairo, Luxor and Aswan, this hotel had very few staff that we could spot during our time. The spoke only very basic english. Generally, I must admit I had difficulties to find a fully convincing choice for a hotel in Giza. They all seem to run their business model based on the Pyramids view and less on value for money. Therefore, bottom line, The Pyramids Pavillon Boutique hotel is probably a good choice in comparison to other hotels in the area for similar budget.

Oa funcionários tinham muita dificuldade em entender inglês. Apenas o dono e a gerente é que falavam bem inglês.
