I liked that the property was right in the heart of boscombe, as well as the ease of communication / check in instructions from the host / management team. Thank you very much to the hosts and the rest of the team for making me feel welcomed.

Loved the location. Hot tub is good. Shame the weather wasn't the best but we still enjoyed it. Hostels was friendly and informative.
Hair found in cupboards, drawers, cups and a different coloured hair found on the bed. This place is not cleaned professionally or anywhere near close to that. In fact my child could of done a better job. Toilet seat doesn't fit the toilet. Double bed has two single mattresses so you fall in the middle. Place needs cleaning properly to give it any justice and create a better experience.

The location was perfect for the venue I was attending, beds were comfortable.
The cleanliness of the place, dust on the fans with clean me on them, old toilet fresheners behind toilet, stained shower tiles, dirty fridge and utensils/glasses.
Could be a great place if the cleaning was kept up.
