Great communication, allowed us to drop our bags off early while property was still being cleaned and/or maintained. Location was nice and quiet with several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Safe neighborhood.
It was all great. The only thing to note is for anyone going downstairs, the steps are very narrow so be careful!

The house was well organized, clean, and the bedding and beds were super comfortable!
The only two things that stood out word that the grilling utensils were pretty dirty and had been left outside. The other was that the living room couch could be a little bit bigger to accommodate larger groups. My family and I were a total of eight people, and we had to use the Ottoman and dining room bench in order for all of us to sit in the living room.
