Beliggenheden var super god ( angående det vi skulle lave) og meget hyggeligt/rolig område....

This is a great location for cheap accom from where you can drive down to Holte station for free parking and pretty cheap/quick train ride to Copenhagen. It's very quiet, shower is excellent (previous comments regarding worries about flooding the kitchen are unjustified!) and beds are comfortable. There is a basic kitchen and we found the fridge very handy. Previous comments about it smelling musty appear to have been overcome (Sept26). Room art appears to be modelled on the excellent nearby Louisiana Museum of Modern Art! Chinese Buffet in Holte is excellent for food, better than similar we've used in UK.

A shower in the kitchen is just wierd. No wash-basin in the toilet, so you have to use the kitchen sink - bad. Non-working lights by uneven cobbles and irregular height steps is dangerous at night. Advertises as having parking and does have it, but owners do not let you use it, so you have to park on the street outside which doubles as a basketball court (not a problem with our old van but might be if you have a flash new car!). Beds were unmade on arrival. There is a washing machine clearly shown in the online images which we'd planned to use, but has been removed. The undersheet isn't big enough to tuck-in and barely covers the bed so keeps coming away from the sides in the night. Towels were the roughest we've ever encountered by some way.
