Absolutely loved our stay here. Was clean, spacious, beds were very comfortable and exactly what we needed during the conference and the long walks during the day. Communication was excellent and they even accommodated us with an additional set of keys which made a huge difference for us. Location was perfect for us - being close to the Convention Centre and Pacific Fair. The trams that were close by made travel easy, simple and convenient. Would definitely come back again!

An extra rubbish bag or two would have been handy. But overall was excellent for our needs.

Location was great, it was comfortable for a short stay.

One of the beds wasn’t very comfortable and the bedding/pillows needed a refresh. There were only 3 coffee cups, the dishes weren’t very clean and milk left in the milk frother. Minor details overall it was a pleasant stay.
