The villa and amenities were nice especially the updated kitchen and the hot tub. Large bedrooms and master bath with adjustable shower head. Suggestions to think about for future guests: Move cabinets in garage to allow for a car to be parked inside- thunderstorm and Hail forecast worrisome with no cover. Also remove vases, lamps, coasters, plates, and other tchotchkes from tables, dressers, and floor. Patio needs to be refreshed with a roof covering. We could not use it much because of wind, rain, and pollen. Lack of overhead room lighting was annoying since table lamps did not have 3-way light bulbs. Instruction manuals for golf cart, dishwasher, washer/dryer, hot tub would have been helpful. Internet speed or set-up is way too slow. Serious upgrade is needed. Or a new router installed.
