Wonderful experience at the cottage. House was perfect! Right down the street from the beach. Fully stocked with anything you need. Excellent communication and quick reply’s from owner. Would definitely stay again if we were to come back to cocoa beach!

What a great rental. The home was very clean and had multiple sleeping options for our family - two sets of bunk beds, two king beds, and a pull out sofa. There are a couple of seating areas inside, as well as, an outdoor screened in area. We didn’t use the large fire pit area, but it was nice. The location was great - a block walk to beach access, and the pier was just a few minutes walk farther. A quick drive to Ron Jon, and several dining options. Entry instructions arrived ahead of time as they should, and Amanda was very responsive to any messages. Check out procedures were easy as well. I definitely recommend this as a great option for anyone who is taking a trip to Cocoa Beach. Oh, I forgot to mention the outdoor shower, which came in handy after any trips to the beach. Thanks Amanda!

Very Welcoming, quiet and cozy. Beds are very comfortable. They didn’t miss a beat at this cottage..
