It is easily accessed by highway 1, close to all major bus routes, has lime bicycles and evo car shares all over the neighborhood. It is an area called Hastings SUnrise, and best of all just down the street is the ocean with many great parks , cycling routes, hikes, skateboarding and exercise parks..........you name it!!!! you will love this area.

Very nice home with a huge park across the street; unfortunately the World Cup was using it for all the Fans to gather, but it was quiet after 10pm. No real grocery stores nearby, unless you had a car.
