O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Starfire Lodge was built in the 1950s by a retired shipbuilder, and it shows: wood paneling, metal beams, original tile, soaring ceilings and walls of windows on the San Jacinto and San Gorgonio peaks, on two private acres above Morongo Valley. Add sculptural furniture and a little Hollywood glam. Nap in the hammock garden, play croquet, brave the cast-iron cold plunge under its disco ball, then end in the six-person hot tub. The Big Cat Lounge has karaoke. Pick your song early.
The Space:
Starfire Lodge is a revitalized 1950s home on two private acres in the hills of Morongo Valley, designed by a retired shipbuilder with wood paneling, metal beams and original tilework. Soaring ceilings and walls of windows frame the Morongo Valley basin and the San Jacinto and San Gorgonio peaks. Sculptural furniture, vintage records and a touch of Hollywood glam fill the house, and outside are a hot tub, a cowboy tub, a cold plunge tub and a hammock garden. With three bedrooms, including an open-air loft, and two bathrooms, it suits small groups of up to six. Dim the lights, cue the LUMITONE and take the mic in the Big Cat Lounge.
