Location was perfect, right across the street from the beach, super easy to walk to. Owner communicated very promptly to a couple questions I had and was also very clear upfront about construction going on in the surrounding units. Random, but I appreciated that there were a ton of hooks in the bathroom and bedroom and by the bunk beds because there are always so many towels and such to hang. Coin laundry was only a couple doors down from the unit and it took credit card. It was a cute little condo - would rent again!
