Property improvements are scheduled from June 15 through October 31, 2026, including landscaping enhancements, fence repairs, tree planting, and other beautification projects. The most significant impact will be from the walkway resurfacing project, which involves sanding, grinding, and epoxy coating of walkways throughout the building. Guests should expect elevated noise levels and construction activity during working hours, with the walkway work potentially affecting the entire building. We appreciate your patience as these improvements are completed.

Welcome to your beautifully updated retreat at Bonita Beach & Tennis Club. This fourth-floor condo in Building 2 faces east and offers peaceful views of the back bay along with soft morning light. The screened balcony is a relaxing place to enjoy sunrise colors and the calm coastal atmosphere. Bonita Beach is just a five-minute walk from the building, with easy access to local cafés, waterfront restaurants, and nearby shops.
Inside, the condo has been nicely remodeled and offers a clean, modern, and comfortable setting for your stay. The space features a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable and streaming options. Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided to make your arrival smooth and convenient.
A starter set of essentials is included when you check in. Guests will find small amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. For safety and hygiene reasons, consumable items are not replenished during the stay, and we do not provide food items, spices, oils, coffee, or other perishable products. Guests may purchase any additional supplies they need.
The community currently offers two heated pools and pickleball courts for guest use. Other amenities at the property remain under construction. Parking is free and open, and check-in is simple with a personal door code provided before arrival.
With its remodeled interior, peaceful sunrise views, and close proximity to the beach, this condo offers a comfortable and convenient home base for your Southwest Florida getaway.

Tucker and his team always take care of us when we stay here. The place is so close to the beach, and there is a washer/dryer unit in the apartment, making laundry so easy. We love this unit and will return soon!

This place was perfect for a winter escape and we plan to return someday. We loved that there was a washer/dryer unit in the condo. The place was clean, close to the beach and had everything we needed. They were very easy to work with and prompt with responding to us if we needed anything. Thank you!

The unit itself was beautiful and we had all the amenities we needed for a week. Love having a wash machine in the unit and a dishwasher. The furniture was comfortable and the unit was nicely decorated. Loved being across from the beach and having beach chairs there were key. The host responded to all questions immediately. On the down side, the first night we had to change the sheets because of stains, which looked like blood, on the bottom sheet. Also the floor was very dirty, it looked clean but if you walked around without shoes your feet were absolutely filthy, if I had a mop I would have washed it. The last night there the fire alarm woke us at 5am. Yes, the alarm a full blown alarm which also screamed fire, fire. We looked around, felt the walls went outside and no other alarms in the building were going off . I pressed the reset button and it shut off for 10 minutes or so then it started again. We had to take it off the wall and shut it off. Unfortunately we couldn’t get back to sleep and ended up leaving early. All in all the proximity is great but the grounds are run down and still needs work lots of repair. We aren’t sure if we would venture back to this establishment. Thank you, Susan
