It was new, clean and comfortable.
At one point, our room started smelling like someone had smoked there. Could have been coming from the exhaust.

Rooms were clean. Hotel is pretty new. Comfortable beds. Working AC. All amenities available.
The crowd in the evening after their bar / restaurant opened is sketchy. Attracts a certain crowd which makes it not family friendly. Does not feel like a property to stay with family once the evening crowd emerged. The bathrooms smell like smoke from the ventilation. Brought this up to the staff and they just stared at us.
