Please Note: - Unit 257-1 has approximately 12 steps from one access point and about 6 steps from the second access point. - Unit 257-2 has approximately 8 steps from its only access point. - Neither unit has a bedroom located on the first floor. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
