The first floor common area is nice, and the process to get in and get keys is very straightforward. The room was a good size as I was there on my own, but not something I would use for a family trip. There were no drawers, but plenty of cabinet space for my clothes. The in room kitchen items (though I didn't use them since I ate out each day) looked like they'd be useful had I brought in groceries.
The "smart" thermostat must be set to revert to a default temperature. I was there during the cold front with outside night temps in the teens, would go to sleep with my thermostat set to 70, and wake up in a 60 degree room needing to reset the heat level. My view was of transformers and electric cables. Maybe stay at the building but in a different room.
