The staff speak excellent english and are so helpful, especially to foreigners. The rooms are clean and Reza brought extra towels whenever we asked. Breakfast buffet has so many choices, a week was not long enough to try them all.
Nothing. I would stay there again.

New, clean, spacious room and friendly staff
Breakfast is mainly Asian style. The Western style was disappointing. Pastries were not fresh. Cakes, jams etc were not covered and there were flies exploring them.
Music was played on the floors all day long until 22:00+ and you could hear it from the room
Noise from the outside (mainly prayers)

Great new hotel, nice staff
The only restaurant called the Bistro serves rather poor quality food and unfortunately I had to eat there almost everyday breakfast lunch and dinner.

Location was good . Very clean and new hotel
. Big breakfast choice.
The AC was definitely too perfumed . The room was smelling very strong- a very spicy perfume and you couldn’t stop it . I needed to move to another room -the new room smelled cigarette as the room had a balcony I think people were smoking . Not recommended when you are a not smoking person.
I don’t recommend the pool with small children as the barrier is just on the level of the pool . Young children can fall !
