Incredibly friendly and helpful, friendly staff. Everything was clean and the location was fantastic for travelling via train. A nice tough to have coffee and tea available just outside the room.
Pillow was a bit lumpy but it was not an issue at all! We really loved everything

quiet area, clean room, amenities ok
two things: you can here everything that goes in the lobby, very step, every noise. Also, coffee machine (which is adapted to charge 50 cents per coffee) did not work, so it took 1 dollar from me and no coffee back. That is frustrating, since there are no coffee espressos in the rooms. So, is it worth frustrating customers for 50 cents? Why not just give them some complimentary coffee? (add one euro to the price of the accommodation if that stingy)
