O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Enjoy beautiful side oceanfront views from this inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo. Located just steps from the beach, this unit offers sweeping views with glimpses of both the ocean and the bay from your private balcony — the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Inside, the comfortable layout easily accommodates up to six guests, providing a welcoming space to unwind after a day in the sun. Whether you're here for beach days, dining, or simply soaking in the coastal breeze, this condo offers the perfect balance of comfort and location.
The Capri provides outstanding year-round amenities, including an indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, game room, tennis courts, and library. Located on 110th Street, you're just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants.
A $75 building amenity fee per week is included with your reservation and covers one parking space. Additional parking may be available directly through The Capri on a first-come, first-served basis at $10 per day or $55 per week.
Important Construction Notice: The Capri building is scheduled to undergo a balcony remediation project from September 9, 2026, through May 7, 2027, with work taking place Monday through Friday. Because the entire property will be an active construction zone, guests should anticipate construction-related noise and activity regardless of their unit's location. Balconies on the north side of the building will be inaccessible during this phase, and parking availability may be limited. We encourage guests to carefully consider these conditions before booking.
