This property was super clean, everything still seems brand new! Our family of six (4 adults and 2 teens) had plenty of space to relax. Our son enjoyed all the video games! Hot tub was clean and worked great.Neighborhood is still in early development phase so while we were there it was extremely quiet. Currently super great unobstructed views of the ocean from upper deck and lower patio. We experienced super nice weather so spent a lot of time relaxing outside. Kitchen is fully stocked with any appliance needed for cooking in the huge kitchen!

Pictures are deceiving. Property is not as close to ocean as we had expected. The house has an unobstructed view of the ocean from the deck, but there is current construction happening so this will not remain the case. The house layout was comfortable, but beds were not! Very limited supplies. The property is super close to the cute little town.
