Loved the property the only thing that was weird was when the owner came over and watered the plants and told us that she was living right next door. Also , in all of my years that i've been doing VRBO, i've never been asked to replace towels that I use due to the stains that were on them , which came from exploring the desert. I've never, ever ever been charged extra at any place that I've ever stayed. This was very weird. The experience was a little bit weird

The property served our group well as a hub for a hiking trip in the Montrose area.

Great place to stay! Very clean! We stayed for a weekend and it was perfect for our large family! Nice neighborhood!

Beautiful new house in a very safe community. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Could have used a couple of extra towels but a washer and dryer were available. Overall, highly recommended and definitely would stay again.
