Reserva Conchal is a 2,300 acre Golf & Beach Resort, nestled between a dry tropical forest and the turquoise blue waters and white sandy shores of Playa Conchal. Guests of the Reserva Conchal community enjoy many luxurious amenities including golf, tennis, pickle ball, fitness center, spa, beach club pool, bar & restaurants, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, bicycles, and one of the best beaches in Costa Rica. ** DETAILS TO NOTE**
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.

Guest Agreement: By proceeding with this booking, the guest acknowledges and accepts that the total cost includes a mandatory, non-refundable Transaction Fee and a Damage Waiver Fee. The guest agrees that these fees are fully earned upon the commencement of the rental period and are strictly non-refundable after the stay has concluded, regardless of any post-stay claims or disputes.
