Met all of our needs. Comfy beds.

The place was fine. I was here for work, and the location was fantastic, for its proximity to downtown office buildings. There is, however, a Tim Horton's kiddy-corner to it which tends to have a lot of homeless people around it, so if you are planning to be walking alone at night, it isn't the best area. The building is fine, but a bit older. It is a student building, largely, due to the nearby City University. The internet in the unit was good, but the TV/Netflix seemed to have trouble connecting a lot of the time.Overall, solid, and worked for my purposes.
