This place is super charming and offered a serene place to relax and unwind. The day we arrived we were able to walk our dog around the orchard and relaxed on the patio. One thing to understand is that it is the desert and there are procedures taken to benefit the land. The morning of our departure was “irrigation day” and the entire orchard was flooded by water getting pumped in. It was difficult to a place to walk our dog without sinking in the mud.

I wish the listing would have been more transparent about the unit sharing a wall and balancony with another rental. We probably would have booked elsewhere if we knew we would be in such close quarters.Lawn was flooded due to recent rain, making insects outside intense. Spaced out 1 by 1 pavers and a narrow walkway - not the most accessible experience.Mini split had a hard time keeping up with Texas heat.Super clean and well set up/decorated once you are inside!
