This was our second stay at the home, and that says a lot—we booked this trip immediately after our first visit because we knew we wanted to come back.April is an outstanding host. Before we arrived, she reached out to let us know about a few issues left behind by the previous guests. I really appreciated her honesty and proactive communication. In fact, if she hadn’t mentioned them, we probably wouldn’t have noticed anything other than the pool. What really stood out was how committed she was to making sure our stay was a great one. She personally drove more than an hour to check on the property and ensure everything was as it should be. She even hand-delivered a 100 gift card to our family as a thoughtful gesture to make up for the inconvenience. That level of customer service is rare and speaks volumes about how much she cares about her guests. The home is beautiful, the amenities are fantastic, and it’s clear that April takes great pride in providing an exceptional experience. If you’re considering booking in Beaumont, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. We had another wonderful stay and are already looking forward to returning.
