House was beautiful, clean and ultra modern! Great locations. No complaints there. However our check out process all most got bad because I didn’t realize check out was at 10am, and my driver was due to arrive at 11am. I’ve never stayed at any AIRBB OR HOTEL, and had a 10am check out. The person I was speaking to over the app was not trying to hear it, they told us to take an uber or Lyft to another location and wait for our ride. Mind you, it was 5 ladies with a total of 20 pieces of luggage. I told them we would have our luggage in the garage and we would sit in one spot until our driver arrive at 11am. So the cleaners could start cleaning.. THEY WAS LIKE NO! Then CAME DREW… DREW SAVED THE DAY. He was kinda like the house host/manager/ GREAT DUDE. He came to set up for the next group and told us we were fine to chill until our ride arrived at 11am. Drew is the man, he is the reason I’m leaving 5 stars, because while the house was great, that check out situation had me annoyed. But thanks to Drew for making our last few minutes in the house a vibe. If you book this house request Drew for anything!! He’s freaking Awesome!
