The property was not as advertised. The upstairs bunk room does not have its own entrance or a door to the room. The two front rooms had wall air conditioners that did not work almost our entire trip. The location was the best part! The house is a little run down and needs new furniture. Two beds were broken as well.

The location was beautiful! The number of rooms and bathrooms fit our large group perfectly. For the high price per night, I expected (aligned with other large homes in high tourist areas,) some amenities like extra trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, cleaning supplies, cooking supply basics (salt and pepper, oil, seasonings, foil, plastic wrap, coffee starter pack), soap/shampoo dispensers, and extra blankets/sheets. So for the next group, I advise to definitely expect to purchase any items past day 1. The home could use a really good deep clean and some TLC as some things were definitely missed in the bathroom from the last guest (I will spare details). It was nice having a large washer and dryer so that was a huge plus! Sheets on beds and towels were clean/fresh.
