Perfect layout for a large group! Quiet location right off the fun/busy street and within walking distance to coffee, bars, restaurants, beach and shopping! Our favorite rental property thus far!We will be coming back to this specific property.

The house is immaculate. The rooms are comparable in size, and overall very comfortable. Anything that you may have thought you needed was provided...beach towels, beach gear, carts, beach toys, pool floats, a grill, a steamer for your clothes, fully stocked kitchen, ice maker....the list could go on. Property management was responsive and informative. We had a great time! It's been almost two weeks since we visited Destin, and we're still talking about it. Already making plans for next year!!!!

We loved everything about this property! Check-in a breeze, the house is spacious and had everything too accommodate our family! We had an issue with the hot water when we arrived due to a storm power outage. I contacted Mitch and he had someone out and fixed the problem within the hour. We will definitely stay here again!

Not enough stars for this place! Perfect set up for a large group, and looks just like the pics. Manager was easy to talk to and super accommodating. Can’t say enough good things about this house…just book it!
