Good location

Cyndi was great! Place was clean & great amenities. We didn’t have to even leave the property. You can walk across street to Walmart, eat at Pineapple Willys or on site at multiple places, things for kids to do, tons of stuff. Family friendly. We parked in south garage on 6th floor & then walked down to our room that way.

Great place! Had everything we needed. Loved the location! The walk to the room was a bit long but the resort is HUGE! The food at the resort was always tasty. Parking was easy. Definitely recommend!

We had a nice time, but unfortunately, the amenities were not up to par. They said we’ll have a workout gym but there was not a working gym. There was no pickleball court at all. It was a false advertisement! So overall, I was disappointed in their amenities, because it was untrue. The place was not as clean as it could’ve been inside. We had some problems with the heating system because we were there in December, that we finally got resolved. We had problems with the television in the master bedroom, which never got fixed. She said they have no property manager, which was unusual. It was not really the ideal vacation spot that we were looking for. So I definitely would not recommend it nor will stay there again!
