Great property for a true Tybee Beach cottage experience. The layout worked great for us as there is a 1-bedroom ADU in back. I was traveling with my adult daughter and her husband so it was nice to have a quiet place to go (with a little extra privacy) for an afternoon nap after a day in the sun.
